The Full Story
Welcome to Finding Balance, a place for you to come to when life feels out of sync, off kilter and wonky. For the times when you feel like you are trying to run up hill but can’t quite reach the top, when you’ve lost a part to your jigsaw puzzle and can’t seem to find the missing piece, this is the place to come, and I will support you in finding it…finding your balance.
My name is Augusta Redding, and I am a Health Coach, and through my own experiences of feeling unbalanced in life, I hope to help you. I used to think that I was the only one, but through my journey to recovery I quickly realised I wasn’t. I believe that sharing personal experiences with other’s is one of the most powerful healing tools. This is my method, and it’s here to help you.
